In the early 2000’s Robert Iannello aka Dr Bob founded a dive organization centered around the notion that those divers with, as he termed it, can-do attitudes had a place in this organization of they could pass muster and build the legendary F.E.O.R or field expedient oxygen rebreather. With his expressed permission a few years back I decided to start the FEDU or Florida chapter of the California based organization. The original description and application pages are below:
